Hundreds Check Out Classic Cars At 12th Annual WOGL Car Show

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Hundreds enjoyed a sunny Saturday afternoon checking out some classic cars at the 12th Annual American Heritage Federal Credit Union and WOGL Car Show.
Classic mustangs, corvettes, Fords and Alfa Romeos highlighted the 12th annual car show off Red Lion Road.
Jack Wagner brought his 1953 TD MG down for the show, a car he's spent a lot of hours working on and as for how much it's cost to fix it up?
"Well if you ask my wife," said Wagner. "Too much."
But as Dave Scheffey from Conshohocken tells us, the real fun of the shows is talking with other classic car owners.
"It's like a fraternity of old car lovers and old car enthusiasts." said Scheffey. "Come here and you're of one mind, one spirit, and just have a great time hanging out."
Another big draw for some is the memories that come with some of the cars...
"That's the big draw for me." said Scheffey. "I used to have a '57 Chevy just like this one."
Frank Jones of Bensalem was there to show off his 1930 Ford Model A, which had all the modern amenities:
"New motor, has an overdrive transmission, cruise control, power windows."
Not bad for a car that's over 80-years old.
