Huge Pet Food Drive Underway In Camden County

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - A pet food drive in Camden County, New Jersey begins Monday.
The goal is to collect enough food to feed all of the animals in Camden County's three shelters for a two days.
"That will allow for us to use the money that would typically we would use to feed these animals for that two day period to cover key operating expenses, maybe do upgrades and other things," said Camden county freeholder Ian Leonard.
He says they're only accepting canned food donations. "Just logistically overall, it just makes things a lot easier because you're talking about over 35 municipalities participating in this, you're talking about a lot of places that you have to pick up. It just makes it a lot easier for us."
Donations are accepted at more than two dozen (see list below) locations until Halloween.
