BENSALEM, Pa. (CBS) -- Bensalem police say an investigation provided enough details to charge a leading horse trainer at Parx Racing in Bucks County with indecent assault in connection with an incident that allegedly happened last month.
Police say a female employee at the Street Road racetrack came forward about 10 days after the alleged assault. She told police that Juan Carlos Guerrero cornered her in an office and then kissed and inappropriately touched her without her permission.
Bensalem Public Safety Director Fred Harran says the 41-year-old married father of two from Williamstown, New Jersey is facing a misdemeanor count of indecent assault and believes there may be more victims.
"You know, you don't want a guy like this out and about using his position to assault people because you don't know where he's going to graduate to ... how far he's going to go," Harran said.
According to the Paulick Report, a website that follows the thoroughbred industry, Guerrero is having his best year ever with 145 wins and earnings of more than $3.3 million.
Police say media calls have come in from as far away as Kentucky.
