Hillary Clinton In Philadelphia For Book-Signing At Free Library
By Mike DeNardo
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- One thousand people lined up today in the steamy sunshine at the Free Library of Philadelphia, on Logan Circle, to have Hillary Clinton sign a copy of her new book (see related story).
Clinton took no questions from the press, arriving just before noon in the library's government publications room to sign her book, titled, Hard Choices.
Twenty-two year old Dylan Hewitt was first in line, arriving at 5:30 in the morning.
"I just thanked her for her service, and I'm sure the best is yet to come," she said afterward.
She said the former US senator (D-NY) and US secretary of state thanked her for coming and wished her the best of luck in her future.

Mayor Nutter and City Council president Darrell Clarke were on hand to greet Mrs. Clinton. Also there was former congresswoman Marjorie Margolies, whose son is married Hillary's daughter.
"She's here for a couple of hours, so I'm going to spend some time with her afterwards. And I'm a fan," Margolies told KYW Newsradio.
Mrs. Clinton never mentioned 2016 (when she may run for president), and her hand never signed "Rodham" or "Clinton." She signed each book, simply, "Hillary."
Of course, not everything went smoothly for the former Secretary of State: Her Ready For Hillary bus apparently broke down on the way out of Philadelphia, according to Washington Post reporter Ben Terris.
The ready for Hillary bus has been stuck in Philly for over an hour. The back jack won't go up

Terris later tweeted that the issue had been resolved and the bus was en route to "catch up to Clinton in D.C."
