Guide To The 2013 Philadelphia Auto Show
What: The Philadelphia Auto Show, one of the best car shows in the country, rolls into town this January, bringing with it more than 700 of the latest and greatest models from around the world.
When: January 19 – 27, 2013
Where: The Auto Show takes place at the Pennsylvania Convention Center located at 1101 Arch Street.
Hours:
Monday – Friday: noon – 10 p.m.
Saturday: 9 a.m. – 10 p.m.
Sunday: 9 a.m. – 8 p.m.
Tickets: Adults (ages 13+), $12; Kids (7-12), $6; Kids 6 and under, FREE with paid adult
Events: Auto show events include seven "Ride and Drives" from makers including Jeep, Cadillac and Subaru; as well as celebrity appearances from the likes of Bucky Lasek, a 13-time X Games Skateboard Vert medalist. Plus, the Auto Show hosts the first-ever competition "Face-Off" between local Mustang and Camaro clubs that show attendees can vote on.
And the Philadelphia Auto Show extends a philanthropic hand, too: The show benefits the Auto Dealers CARing for Kids Foundation.

The Black Tie Tailgate

Like last year, the annual Black Tie Tailgate Event benefits the Division of Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Nutrition at The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. Guests to the event will get a sneak peak at the showroom on the eve of the auto show, dine off of a menu provided by Stephen STARR Events, and dance away the night to the music of legendary Philly party band Jellyroll.
