Green Takes The Cake At Philadelphia Auto Show
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - From Ford to Fiat, and classic to innovative, there was something for everyone at the 2011 Philadelphia International Auto Show.
The economy may have been gearing down over the last few years but that hasn't stopped the Philadelphia Auto Show from going full throttle with 40 different manufactures showcasing their vehicles.
It seems for most people, green is the way to go and many people are going for 100 percent electric cars like the Mitsubishi I and the Nissan Leaf.
"I think this is the future and I'd love to have one," said one attendee. "I commute six miles to work each way. So, 100 miles for an electric vehicle is perfect."
