By Melony Roy
HARRISBURG, Pa. (CBS) -- Pennsylvanians were invited to tweet questions to Governor Tom Wolf Tuesday and ask him about his first month on the job in a Twitter Town Hall.
For a little over 30 minutes, Governor Wolf answered questions on 16 topics, ranging from fracking and minimum wage to the school funding crisis.
The governor tweeted his goals are: "Jobs that Pay, Schools that Teach, and Government that Works."
Individuals and interest groups, including Pennsylvania Coal Alliance, school teachers and the Pennsylvania GOP, participated in the online question and answer session.
On the future of coal, Wolf pledged to work with all stakeholders to make Pennsylvania an energy leader.
Wolf also referenced his first state budget plan, which will be presented to the Legislature next week, tweeting, "I want to invest in our schools & make PA a leader in education. I want to set the table for economic growth, make the middle class a priority and launch better government initiatives." He advised one questioner to "stay tuned" for the budget address when asked about increasing early-childhood education programs.
On a lighter side, Wolf was asked about his Jeep, stick or automatic? It's a stick.
