Gloucester Township Man Arrested For Soliciting Sex From Minor Via Facebook
GLOUCESTER TOWNSHIP, NJ (CBS) – A Gloucester Township man was arrested on child molestation charges on Monday.
James T. Hendricks, 24, reportedly sent a picture of his genitals and propositioned a female from Waterford for sex via Facebook. During the investigation, authorities also learned of two other accusations of inappropriate contact or activity taking place between the defendant and minors. He's accused of inappropriately touching a female child in Gloucester Township in 2005 and of showing pornography to a male child in Gloucester Township in May 2012.
Hendricks was charged with charged with 3rd degree Endangering the Welfare of a Minor, 2nd degree Attempted Sexual Assault, 2nd degree Attempted Aggravated Sexual Assault, 2nd degree Luring, 2nd degree Soliciting a Minor and charges related to the distribution of illicit materials through his computer. An additional charge of Endangering the Welfare of a Child was filed through the Gloucester Township Police Department Tuesday.
He is being held at the Camden County Jail on $100,000 bail.
