Gloucester County Man Arrested For Alleged Sexual Abuse Of 2 Minors Now Facing Additional Charges
MANTUA, NJ (CBS) – A Mantua man already arrested for the alleged sexual assault of two boys is now facing additional charges.
Forty-seven-year-old Scott J. Bicking was initially arrested in September on charges that he'd had inappropriate physical contact with two boys, ages 13 and 14, at The Pond Ice Arena in the Newark, which Bicking partially owns.
After Bicking's initial arrest, police were able to identify two additional victims, an 11-year-old and a 12-year-old male. Between Dec. 2012 and July 2013, Bicking reportedly had inappropriate sexual contact with those two victims as well.
On Thursday, Oct. 31, Bicking turned himself in to police. He is facing charges of Unlawful Sexual Contact 2nd with Person Less Than 18 Years of Age, Sexual Abuse of a Child and related charges.
