PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- A former president is proving that "politicians" like to cut loose sometimes as well.

George W Bush was filmed tearing up the dance floor to "Dead Or Alive's" 80's hit "You Spin Me Round".

This clip surfaced after his nephew's wedding in Colorado last weekend.
