Gas Leak Causes Evacuations In South Philadelphia
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - A gas leak caused residents to evacuate their homes in South Philadelphia on Thursday.
The incident happened at about 2:58 p.m. on the 2300 block of South Franklin Street.
Fire officials say a meter was being removed on the block, somehow causing a gas leak.
Crews are on scene evacuating residents.
No injuries have been reported at this time.
