Fun-Filled 4th of July Weekend

There are non-stop 4th of July festivities to celebrate America's birthday this weekend.
There's a slew of free activities, including the Philly Pops and Philadelphia Orchestera concerts, the weekend-long ice cream festival, the US New Jersey Battleship Blast, and Jodie Milkman with the Delaware River Waterfront Corporation says you can't forget Saturday's fireworks:
"The river fireworks shows are shot off of barges in the middle of the Delaware River. So there are great viewing opportunities on the Camden waterfront and on the Philadelphia waterfront."
Laurie Heinerichs with the Waterfront Corporation says its easy to get around to both sides of the river:
"The Riverlink ferry will stop running on Saturday at 7:30pm but people can use PATCO which will have no service interruptions on July 3rd."
You can also catch fireworks on the Parkway on the 4th of July. KYW Newsradio 1060 provides the soundtrack to both displays this weekend.
