Excessive Speed, Illegal Substances To Blame In Fatal Chester County Crash
COATESVILLE, Pa. (CBS/AP) - Authorities say four people under the age of 18 have died in a car crash in suburban Philadelphia.
Police say the single-vehicle crash occurred just before 1 a.m. Sunday in West Brandywine Township in Chester County.
Township police say all four riders were ejected from the vehicle, and there were no survivors. Investigators are trying to determine the cause of the crash.

Police say the victims were students at Coatesville Area High School. They have been identified as Collin McElroy, Evan Pringle, Jerry Warfel and Kyle Marsh.
According to Police, excessive speed was to blame for the crash that killed all four students. Illegal substances were also found at the scene of the crash and investigators have determined that all four victims were not wearing seat belts at the time of the crash.
