Former St. Joe's Softball Player Files Federal Lawsuit After Hazing Allegations
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - A former member of the St. Joe's University softball team says she was subjected to sexually charged hazing and has filed a federal lawsuit against the university.
The woman says she was submitted to demeaning behavior during a week-long period in 2013.
St. Joe's suspended the team in regard to the hazing allegations earlier in the month.
The university declined to comment on this lawsuit.
