For Sale Sign At Honey's Sit 'n Eat Raises Questions About A Possible Move

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - A popular Northern Liberties restaurant could be relocating.
There is a For Sale sign on the building that houses the popular Honey's Sit 'n Eat restaurant, where locals wait in long lines for a Sunday Brunch table.
Owner Ellen Mogell confirms it's the building that's for sale though, not the business.
She says their lease for the restaurant at 4th and Brown ends in April of next year, so does that mean they'll be out? Apparently, they haven't yet decided, but Honey's has first right of refusal.
So far, she says the landlord hasn't had any offers just yet. Of course things could change by next year. After all, April is over seven months away.
