Football: Penn State Opens Big Ten Play on Saturday at Indiana
STATE COLLEGE, Pa. (CBS) - The Nittany Lions open play in the Big Ten on Saturday, traveling to Bloomington to take on Indiana.
Penn State is coming off a 34-6 win over an overmatched Eastern Michigan squad last weekend (see related story). That victory improved them to 3-1 for the season.
Despite that record, there are still a lot of questions surrounding this team -- most notably, will one quarterback emerge to be "the guy"? Rob Bolden and Matt McGloin continue to split time.
Indiana is not good. The 1-3 Hoosiers are a perennial football doormat in the Big Ten, and Penn State has never lost to them, winning all 14 matchups between the two schools, all-time.
Last season, these two teams played in Washington, DC, Penn State winning 41-24.
