13 Injured, 2 Critical, In Feltonville Food Truck Explosion
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Thirteen people were injured, including two critically, after a food truck exploded in Philadelphia's Feltonville neighborhood.
Captured on surveillance video, the incident happened at about 5:30 p.m. Tuesday at 3rd Street and Wyoming Avenue.

It was a quick and violent blast that caught on tape.
"I heard the boom first and then the fire just came out of nowhere," Latoya Page said.
And hours later, CBS 3 caught up with Latoya Page just released from the hospital.
"I have first degree burns on my whole left side," she said.

Eyewitness News was there when Page and 12 others were rushed to the hospital after the food truck explosion.
"I was walking by and the truck just blew up," Page said. "And I just saw the fire and the fire just hit me and I started running."
Startled and stunned, eyewitnesses say the explosion sent parts of the truck and a propane tank flying across the street, burning a passing car and starting a minor fire.
"The whole house shook like an earthquake," one neighbor said.
"I was walking and I literally like missed a step, one foot to another. It rocked me," said an eyewitness.

"It appears, preliminarily, that the cause of this explosion was a propane tank," Chief Inspector Scott Small of Philadelphia Police said, "This lunch truck actually has two similar propane tanks in the rear of the truck." Small said, "One of them is still intact. The other one exploded."
Hospital officials confirm 42-year-old Olga Galdamez and 17-year-old Jaylin Landaverry remain in critical condition.
Eyewitness News spoke with a relative of the mother and daughter Tuesday night.
"It was her dream was to open a truck," Yasmin Landaverry said of Galdamez.
Landaverry said Galdamez made her dream a reality about two months ago when she opened up her own food truck.
Her daughter, Jaylin, was helping out inside her mother's food truck for the summer.
"Olga is in really bad condition, and Jaylin is also in bad condition but she's less," said Landaverry.
Three others remain in critical condition.
The investigation continues.
