Flyers Promote Chris Pryor To Assistant GM
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- The Philadelphia Flyers have promoted Chris Pryor to assistant general manager, the team announced on Wednesday.
Pryor, 55, was the team's director of scouting for the past three seasons and is entering his 17th season with the organization. He joined the Flyers in 1999 as a US amateur scout.
Pryor played parts of six seasons in the NHL with the Minnesota North Stars and New York Islanders (1984-90) after playing at the University of New Hampshire for four seasons.
