PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Organizers of the Philadelphia Flower Show and marijuana advocates have worked out their differences over a cannabis awareness promotional booth that has been pulled from the upcoming show.
Both sides are calling it a misunderstanding.

Skip Shuda of Green Rush Advisers says the idea of a cannabis booth turned out to be too hot a political potato for Flower Show organizers.
"Cannabis is still illegal in Pennsylvania and given the current legal status in Pennsylvania, that was certainly a concern for the Flower Show."
He says a number of groups were involved in the project.
"We were really focused on trying to educate people about the benefits of the plant. We want people to realize no one has ever died from a marijuana overdose. So that was our focus."
They didn't quite make it this time, but advocates are hoping to have laid the groundwork for entrance into next years show.
Philadelphia Horticultural Society spokesman Alan Jaffe says there was no intent to mislead anyone, it just wasn't a formula that worked.
