Five-Year-Old Son Witnessed Father's Shooting in South Philadelphia, Say Police

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Philadelphia police investigating a shooting on Sunday outside a South Philadelphia drugstore say the victim's young son was in the car when his father was shot and witnessed the crime, and surveillance video caught the crime (see below).
The man was listed in extremely critical condition today at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania.
Police say the 46-year-old victim was shot four times -- once in the head and three times in his arm -- while in the parking lot of the Walgreens at 24th and Oregon Avenue, around 8:30pm (see previous story).
Police say the victim appears to have been targeted by the shooter, who drove up behind the victim's car, opened fire, then left in a dark-colored sedan.

Police describe the suspect as a black male, 5'10" to 6'2" tall, weighing about 220 pounds. They say he was wearing a black jacket, a grey hooded sweatshirt, and dark jeans. The shooter -- and possibly another man in his car -- fled the Walgreens parking lot in what was possibly a Ford Taurus or a Fusion, with partial tag number FSH-466.
Police say the investigation is ongoing.
