The doors were opened September 7th to a first of its kind museum, Pizza Brain, the world's first museum dedicated to a staple of American cuisine which honors every and anything pizza related.

Founder Brian James Dwyer says the idea came to him after curating a Pizza-centric art show.
"I said to myself the next day, what if there was a pizza shop that was self aware enough to really celebrate the culture of pizza? And thus began the seed being planted in my head. Four months later, Pizza Brain was the thing," said Dwyer.
In addition to rotating items from what the Guinness Book of World Records has deemed the largest collection of pizza memorabilia on the planet, Pizza Brain also offers some top-notch pies.
Dwyer adds that Pizza Brain Museum and Restaurant can be summed up in 2-words, "Totally Sauce-Some!"
