Firefighters Battle House Blaze In South Philadelphia
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Eyewitness News is told one person is dead following a house fire in South Philadelphia Friday night.
The fire was reported around 10:15 p.m. at the 2800 block of South Marshall Street.
Firefighters were able to bring the fire under control within 45 minutes.
The blaze did not spread to any adjacent properties.
There were no injuries to firefighters.
One person has been displaced.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
