Officials: 4-Alarm Apartment Building Fire Displaces Residents In Trenton
TRENTON, N.J., (CBS) – Officials say a four-alarm fire at an apartment building left 20 residents displaced in Trenton, New Jersey.
Officials say the fire was reported at about 4:40 p.m. Wednesday at the 500 block of Bellevue Avenue.
The four-alarm fire originated on the third floor of an apartment building, according to officials.
There were no injuries reported.
Officials say 20 residents were displaced.
The American Red Cross says they are helping eight families displaced by the fire by provided temporary lodging, food and clothing as needed.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
