One Dead After Fire Rips Through Home In Bucks County

PLUMSTEAD Twp., Pa., (CBS) – One person is dead after fire ripped through a home Tuesday night in Bucks County.

Flames broke out around 7:45 p.m. in the 6600 block of Pleasant Pike in Plumstead Township.

It took firefighters two hours to get the large blaze under control.

Officials say a 58-year-old man was found dead inside the home.

Fire officials say the house was cluttered which made battling the blaze more difficult.

An investigation is underway to determine what sparked the fire.
