Fire Engulfs North Philadelphia Row Home
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Firefighters had their hands full battling a fire that broke out inside a home in North Philadelphia Thursday morning.
The fire broke out inside a home in the 1700 block of Gratz Street. The fire was placed under control at about 10:46 a.m.
