Police: Man Shot In Execution-Style Murder In Kensington
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Philadelphia police are searching for the suspect in an execution-style murder in Kensington Sunday night.
Nino Rivera, 26, of the 3900 block of North Franklin Street is dead. Police say he was standing on the corner at D Street and Allegheny Avenue, with two other people, when another man walked up and shot him in the forehead.
Police Searching For Driver Who Sped Through Crime Scene, Nearly Hitting Several Officers
The suspect then fled east on Allegheny Avenue. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police are interviewing witnesses and have not determined a motive for the murder.
The investigation is continuing.
