Fantasy Football Redraft Leagues Week 10 Report

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – I'm back to give you some of the not-so-obvious must starts at each position for week 10, and some value plays for you guys, or girls, that participate in the weekly format leagues. (Even if you don't play in these weekly formats, you can still find some valuable information in the post about certain players, you may or may not own, in your annual fantasy leagues.)
If you're 3-6 or worse in your annual league and you've mentally checked out, you might want to spice it up and try a weekly re-draft league.
Without further ado, here are some of the top week 10 fantasy plays.

QB
Russell Wilson at Atlanta
Picking on a bad Falcons team here. The Falcons give up the tenth most fantasy points to opposing quarterbacks (19.9/game) and are tied for the second most touchdown passes allowed (2.1/game). Wilson has thrown two or more touchdowns in each of this last three games, and scored his first rushing touchdown of the season last week in a comeback OT Seahawks win.
Here are the Falcons (2-6) points allowed this season starting from week 1-week 9: 23, 24, 27, 30, 30, bye, 23, 27, 34
Wilson is top-4 QB play this week.
RB
Reggie Bush at Chicago
The Bears defense is no longer that scary Bears defense we were accustom to. Get those Bears out of your head. These Bears, the 2013 Bears, are allowing 127.5 rushing yards per game (408 rushing yards their last two games), which is 29th in the NFL, and are giving up the seventh most fantasy points to opposing running backs (21.5/game).
In week 4 against these Bears, Bush had 139 yards on 18 carries and a score on the ground, while adding four catches for another 34 yards in the air.
Chris Johnson vs. Jacksonville
CJ2K is the ultimate fantasy frustration. I made a pact to myself two years ago, to never own Johnson, no matter what. However, Johnson had a breakout week last week, rushing for 150 yards and two scores, on 23 carries. It was his first 100 yard rushing game of the year and he finally showed some promise.
This week, CJ2K gets the Jags at home, and there's no better team to keep it rolling against than Jacksonville. The Jaguars allow the most fantasy points to opposing running backs (23.9/game) and give up the most rushing yards in the NFL (161.8/game), 30 yards more than Pittsburgh allows, the second worst rushing defense.
The Titans should be up big early and often, and and Johnson should get a ton of work. By accident, Johnson should rush for 100 yards here and a score here, with through the roof upside.
WR
Antonio Brown vs. Buffalo
The Bills have allowed the most passing touchdowns out of any NFL team this season (20), and are allowing the second most fantasy points to opposing receivers (31.67/game).
Brown has at least five catches and 50 yards receiving in every game this year. Brown is a top-10 play at WR this week, and even higher in point per reception formats.
Eric Decker at San Diego
For whatever reason, Decker is often perceived to be the Broncos third option at WR in their high-powered offense, behind Demaryius Thomas and Wes Welker. However, Decker and Welker have 71 targets a piece, and Thomas has 70. Decker has 46 receptions, Thomas has 48, and Welker has 50. My point being, all three are equally dangerous fantasy-wise.
The Chargers give up the seventh most fantasy points to opposing receivers (26.7/game) and give up the sixth most passing yards per game (275/game). All three Broncos receivers will be in the top-10 at their position this week, and all three have top-5 upside.
TE
Tim Wright vs. Miami
Wright's last five games (rec/yards/TDs): 5/41/0 - 7/91/0 - 2/15/0 - 5/48/1 - 4/58/1
Wright has tallied nine or more fantasy points in three of his past four games, which is in elite fantasy TE company. Guys like Antonio Gates, Martellus Bennett, and Jason Witten have only three nine-plus fantasy point games, total, this season.
The Dolphins allow the third most fantasy points to opposing tight ends (10.6/game) and Wright is a solid, cheap option in weekly re-draft leagues this week.

Tennessee vs. Jacksonville
Always love the defenses playing against the horrid Jaguars' offense. The Jags give up the second most fantasy points to opposing defenses (15/game) and haven't scored more than 20 points in a game all season long. In fact, the Jags have been held to single digits four times already this season. The Titans have a shot to be the number one fantasy defense this week.
