Atlantic County prosecutors say 26-year-old Jason Koenig of Hammonton surrendered Monday morning and made his initial court appearance a short time later. His bail was set at $200,000 cash and he was being held in the county jail.
Koenig resigned late last month as director of the Hammonton High School marching band, just days before he was charged with official misconduct, sexual assault, criminal sexual contact and child endangerment.
Prosecutors say the alleged assaults occurred last November and December.
