Kevin Tedesko, general manager for Aramark at the stadium, says they've added Max and David's for the kosher fans.  In addition, he says, several outlets have expanded: Tony Luke's, Rick's Steaks, and Chickie's and Pete's crab fries.

They've also brought in Johnson's Popcorn from the shore, and there's a whole new selection of local beers.

And this year, Tedesko says, they'll be bringing in food trucks on the plaza during tailgating hours.

"We'll have two each game.  Dapper Dog truck will be here every game, and then we'll rotate some other trucks through," he said.

Tedesko says food is crucial to the football-watching experience, and they take it very seriously.

"When you have people at your house for when the Eagles are away, you're thinking about the spread -- so yeah, food and football is real big!"

Tedesko says that their research leads them to what's going to sell the best:  "The biggest phenomenon that I've seen over the years is the crab fries."
