Local Nonprofit Raffling Off Pair Of Super Bowl Tickets
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- A local nonprofit wants to send you and a guest to the Super Bowl – all expenses paid.
All you have to do is buy a $100 raffle ticket for a chance to witness history in person.
The Elpis Foundation is behind the raffle.
So far, the charity has sold 275 of the 500 tickets.
