Eagles Promote WR Jonathan Krause To Active Roster
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- On Tuesday night, the Eagles announced that wide receiver Jonathan Krause was being promoted from the practice squad to the active roster. In a related move, the Eagles released linebacker Emmanuel Acho.
Krause was released by the New England Patriots and signed to the Eagles practice squad on September 22.
There is some familiarity on the Eagles roster for Krause who was a college teammate of Jordan Matthews. Krause, 5-11, 190 lbs, caught 42 passes for 714 yards and three touchdowns as a senior at Vanderbilt.
