Eagles Prepare For Playoff Showdown Against Packers
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- The Eagles returned to practice Wednesday as they get ready for Sunday's playoff showdown with the Packers at the Linc.
Eagles quarterback Michael Vick says his quad contusion is getting better with each passing day:
"I think come Sunday I'll definitely be 100% based on the way I feel now. Give a lot of credit to the trainers for helping me get back to a position where I could go out and compete. Just thankful."
Vick says he expects to see a Packer defense on Sunday that is improved over what it was in the season opener - a season opener Green Bay won 27-20:
"Based on what they have done, I think we may get some different looks. I think they definitely gotten better as a defense and we will really will have to be conscious about what they are trying to do."
No practice on Wednesday for MLB Stewart Bradley (elbow) and G Max Jean-Gilles (ankle) with head coach Andy Reid saying they are both getting better.
