PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - The team organization of the Philadelphia Eagles is celebrating its 15th year of building community playgrounds, with a massive beautification project at a Kensington school.
Hundreds of people surrounded the John Moffet Elementary School, at West Oxford and Hancock Streets in Kensington, painting murals today around the entire school, refurbishing an outdoor classroom, and building a playground atop real Eagles turf.

Sarah Martinez-Helfman, executive director of the Eagles Youth Partnership, says the excitement has been high for seven months.
"But I tell you what -- the special thing is if you were here tomorrow morning, when the kids start coming back and say, gasp, I thought it was a dream! They really see that their world has changed. It's spectacular."
It's the first Eagles Build for defensive line coach Jim Washburn.
"I grew up in an orphanage for part of my life," he said, "and this is really cool. This is really neat to take kids and a school like this and to do all this. It's really a privilege to do it."
Eagles players were not on hand this year due to the NFL lockout.
