Roseman said he's very happy with starting the year on a winning streak but also sees room for improvement.
"Certainly, you want to be 2-0 after two games, so at the end of the day, that's the bottom line. I think the positive thing for us is, as a team, we haven't played a complete game yet. There's tremendous upside in the players that we have here, the ability to continue to get better. We also know this season's a marathon. There's going to be a lot of ups, a lot of downs -- hopefully not a lot of downs -- but through that, really the one thing we're excited about is the determination, the personality of our football team, which takes on the personality of the head coach and is really reflective of the city we live in."
He says they're working hard to make sure their entire operation keeps moving forward in a positive direction.
"We make decisions in the best interest of our football team and our organization. For us, that's all being on the same page, getting together, and I think we've done a good job of that, certainly, since Coach [Chip Kelly] has been here and we hope to continue to do that because that's all we're trying to do here. Get better as a football team, get better as an organization and, hopefully, one day, be in a position where we're competing every year for a championship."
Roseman added that communicating with fans is a crucial facet of his job with the team.
"We know that we're really placeholders here. This is an institution, the Philadelphia Eagles, that represents our fans, and we need them to be a great team. When we go into our stadium on Sunday, there's nothing more important than our fans' support, and how do we get that? By telling them what's going on to the best of our ability."
