Eagles Look To Snap Two-Game Losing Streak Vs. Raiders

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Now that the quarterback question has been settled for this week, the Eagles have turn their attention to the Oakland Raiders.
The Eagles will be in Oakland on Sunday, with Nick Foles starting at quarterback. The Eagles will be looking to snap a two-game losing streak, and Head Coach Chip Kelly likes the way his team has approached practice throughout the week.
"They have a great attitude every single day they're in this building," said Kelly. "We talk about that all the time. It takes the same amount of time to be miserable as it does to be happy."
Foles is eager to bounce back from a poor performance against Dallas. Kelly has confidence in Foles, but understands the quarterback must translate his work in practice to the field on game day.
"I know how confident Nick is in practice," Kelly said. "Practice and games are different things, but I think he understands how he played in the Dallas game and how he's practicing right now. He's practicing really well. We'll see, but it's a daily basis."
Foles knows there are questions about who will be the Eagles quarterback of the future. However, Foles is only focused on beating the Raiders this Sunday.
"I focus on the here and now," said Foles. "The rest of it will take care of itself. Obviously, everybody has a goal of what they want to be, but if you put all of your focus into that, you forget about the present and what it takes right this day to play well on Sunday."
This is a critical game for the Eagles, who have lost back-to-back division games. Despite being 3-5, the Eagles are just one game out of first place in the NFC East. Wide Receiver Jason Avant says a victory on Sunday would cure the issues the team has dealt with the past two games.
"A win changes everything," Avant said. "It changes a lot and hopefully, we'll have our confidence in the right direction."
DeSean Jackson remain limited in practice due to an ankle injury, but is expected to play on Sunday.
