Eagles' Jason Kelce Plays Saxophone With Philadelphia Orchestra During Special Event

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Training camp begins Wednesday and Eagles fans can't wait to celebrate. Thousands came out Tuesday night to celebrate the Birds with a little help from the Philadelphia Orchestra.
"They rushed in to take their seats," said Merrill Reese. "The excitement, on par with a Sunday tailgate."
Sunday night at the Linc turned into Tuesday night at The Mann Center as a few thousand Eagles fans watched film clips highlighting the team's history.
"We've done the Philadelphia Orchestra thing before, but who would ever think this would be like a collaborative effort. It's pretty neat," said Eagles fan Jessica Kubisiak.
"I've been an Eagles fan my whole life and I used to go to Franklin Field and sit on the benches, they didn't have seats. They had benches," said Eagles fan Bill Walker.

Walker sat on the grass and spotted the Lombardi Trophy and Eagles player Brandon Graham, with an added bonus, Jason Kelce on the sax.
Kelce stood on stage with orchestra members; some who happen to be huge Eagles fans, especially Kelce fans.
"I think he is the essence of Philadelphia personally," said Chris DeViney, orchestra member.
Anthony Orlando joined the orchestra in 1972, he's been waiting that long for a Super Bowl victory.
"All these years I've been waiting and they finally came through," said Orlando. "It's unbelievable, it's fantastic, it's a great opportunity for us to connect with the fans."
Those fans are still as excited as they were following the win almost six months ago.
"Wentz is coming back and he's getting ready to do what he needs to do," said Matthew Glover, Eagles fan. "Now it's time to put some of that new stuff in there."
A portion of each ticket goes to the Eagles Autism Challenge and The Mann's Art Education Programs.
