Eagles Fans Want To Face Robert Griffin III In Week One
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Yesterday, Redskins quarterback Robert Griffin III tweeted: "Doctors cleared me to practice. Coach is going to ease me in. Thank you for your support & See you in Richmond."
However, reports circulated that sources close to Redskins coach Mike Shanahan, say it is unlikely RGIII will play at all in the preseason. If those reports are true, RGIII's first game action back from his ACL and LCL tear will be week 1 against the Eagles.
Today, on the WIP Morning Show, the Audio Roadshow Question was: "Do you want RG3 to be ready for the opener against the Eagles?"
While Angelo Cataldi said no, he wants a better chance to win, the other WIP Morning Show personalities (Al Morganti, Rhea Hughes, and Ben Davis) said they want to see the talented quarterback out there for week 1 against the Eagles. The fan-base overwhelmingly agreed with Morganti, Hughes, and Davis (results and download Audio Roadshow here).
