Eagles Fans Ready For Opening Day

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- It's game one for the Philadelphia Eagles, taking on the Cleveland Browns.
Fans lined up outside the gate at parking lot D, long before the 6 a.m. open time.
"We get here at 4 a.m. every week, save spots for everybody," said one fan waiting in line.
"Tailgation" is celebrating their 21st year of Eagles tailgating. Their only rule: no hamburgers or hot dogs.
"One the menu today is meatballs, roast pork with broccoli rabe, and baked ziti," said one Tailgation member.
Mary and Ron have been coming to eagles games for 30 years, and look like it, with Eagles stitched on everything from their jerseys, to shoes, and sunglasses.
"If you're not wearing green today, you're not an Eagles fan," said Mary.
And for Ron, today is special. The Vietnam vet will hold the flag in a special tribute to 9/11, alongside Joe Biden and 120 first responders.
"Just our way of saying thank you for a great country," said Ron.
There's also lots of anticipation thanks to one man: Carson Wentz.
The Rookie Quarterback's name rolled off the lips of fan, after fan, after fan.
"Carson Wentz. You know we really haven't had a franchise Quarterback since McNabb left," said Teddy Putes the 5th.
He's tailgated with his dad, Teddy Putes the 4th, for 30 years.
He says he feels optimistic about the Birds future in a post-Chip Kelly World.
"This is hopefully a new chapter for our franchise, the beginning of something good," said Putes.
