Detours Scheduled For Saturday On Kelly Drive
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Officials are advising drivers of a traffic change in Philadelphia this weekend.
According to Philadelphia Police, Kelly Drive will be detoured in both directions from Hunting Park Avenue to South Ferry Road from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday for tree trimming.
The following detour routes can be used:
North Bound:
Travel Hunting Park eastbound to Henry Avenue, turn left onto Henry Avenue, (N/B) to Midvale Avenue, turn left onto Midvale Avenue (W/B) back to Kelly Drive.
South Bound
Take Ferry Road to Ridge Avenue, turn right on Ridge Avenue (E/B) to 33rd Street, turn right onto 33rd Street (S/B), continue south on 33rd Street across Girard Avenue (33rd Street will become Sedgley Drive) back to Kelly Drive.
Martin Luther King Drive may also be used as an alternate route.
