Deptford Woman Charged in Deadly Hit and Run
Deptford Township police have charged a suspected hit-and-run driver with vehicular homicide, DUI, and related offenses in connection with a Tuesday night accident along the Delsea Drive.
KYW's Al Novack reports the accident happened around 11:30 last night and claimed the life of 43-year-old Thomas McCoy of Deptford who was riding his bicycle.
The suspected driver is identified by police as 40-year-old Mary Dalton of Deptford whose abandoned SUV was found nearby. She is being held pending a hearing.
