Delaware Police Seek Motorcyclist In Fatal Crash

LAUREL, Del. (AP) — Delaware State Police are looking for a 28-year-old Laurel man wanted on manslaughter and other charges after a 78-year-old woman was fatally hit by a motorcycle.

Investigators asked for the public's help finding Matthew Kondash on Saturday. Police say he was traveling on a motorcycle Friday morning, when he hit Eleanor Pusey of Laurel as she crossed Sycamore Road. Pusey was pronounced dead at the scene.

Kondash was flown to Christiana Hospital, but his injuries weren't as serious as originally believed and he was released before investigators arrived.

Police say they have not been able to contact Kondash, who is charged in a warrant with manslaughter, reckless driving, driving on a suspended license, no motorcycle license and other offenses.
