Delaware Man Charged With Lewdness, Indecent Exposure After Allegedly Masturbating On Front Lawn
NEWARK, Del. (CBS) - New Castle County Police arrested a man after he allegedly exposed himself on his front lawn Thursday morning.
Police say 54-year-old Robert Spear of Newark pulled his pants down and began masturbating while standing on his front lawn in the unit block of Chippendale Circle.
A witness reported seeing Spear while walking down the street at about 5:38 a.m., according to County Police. Police later identified Spear as the suspect and he was arrested at his home without incident. He was charged with 2nd degree exposure and lewdness.
Spear was arraigned and released on $350 unsecured bond.
