Delaware Man Arrested For 4th Time On DUI Charge
GEORGETOWN, Del. (AP) -- Delaware State Police say a Milton man has been charged for the fourth time with driving under the influence.
Police say 27-year-old James Weldin was involved in a three-car accident early Wednesday morning in Georgetown. Police say Welding has three prior DUI convictions, including one from earlier this month.
Police also say the car Weldin was driving was stolen from the Rehoboth area and had fake tags. After being arraigned, Weldin was being held at the Sussex Correctional Institute in lieu of $9,700 cash bond.
