PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - Debate and interpretation continue on the high court ruling against federal and California restrictions on gay marriage.
While the Supreme Court rejected the Defense Of Marriage Act and rejected a ban on same sex marriages in California, Temple law professor Lee Carpenter says there are still questions.
