Deaths Related To Heart Failure Are On The Rise
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- New government data shows deaths related to heart failure are on the rise. This news comes after more then a decade of steady decline.
The CDC said the steady upward pattern started as early as 2012.
Heart failure is now a contributing cause to roughly three hundred thousand deaths a year.
Officials say the rate was higher for men than women.
