Deadly Overnight Fire Under Investigation In North Philadelphia
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - An overnight house fire in North Philadelphia claimed the life of a man in his 50s. The fire broke out on the 2400 block of North Sydenham Street, around 2:30 a.m. Wednesday.
Firefighters found the victim's body on the second floor. His name has not yet been released.
Crews had the fire under control in less than 30 minutes.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
