Suspect In Bucks County Explosions Out On Bail With Ankle Monitor
BUCKS COUNTY, Pa. (CBS) -- A man charged in a series of explosions in upper Bucks County is out on bail this afternoon. A judge ruled Thursday that David Surman Jr. could go free with an ankle monitor until his trial in August.
The decision comes a day after the judge sent him back to jail for violating his bail.
Surman is accused of setting nearly 30 explosions that rocked the county last year.
