Crews Searching For Missing Kayaker Off South Jersey Coast

NATIONAL PARK, N.J. (CBS) - Coast Guard crews were searching the Delaware River for a kayaker reported missing Saturday afternoon.
Authorities say a woman called police around 3 p.m. to report her husband missing after he disappeared from his kayak. The woman says her husband was out on the river, and when she turned to look out to him, his kayak was empty.
The Coast Guard called off it's search around 9 p.m. Saturday, but local authorities from Gloucester County will continue to look for the missing man at 7 a.m. Sunday.
