Animal Enclosure Destroyed During Barn Fire At Six Flags Great Adventure In Jackson

JACKSON,  N.J., (CBS) -- Officials in South Jersey have provided an update on a fire at the Six Flags Great Adventure amusement park that broke out Monday night.

Fire crews responded to Six Flags around 10 p.m. after at least seven brush fires and a fire at an animal enclosure were reported at the park.

Two animals were inside the enclosure at the time of the blaze but were able to escape unharmed. The enclosure was completely destroyed.

No animals or people were injured during the incident, and an investigation is ongoing.
