Hazmat Team, Police Respond To Ammonia Leak Near Dietz & Watson Plant
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Police and Hazmat crews responded to an ammonia leak in the Tacony section of the city.
It happened near the Dietz & Watson plant on Tacony Street. Officials say the leak did not happen near the food manufacturing area.
The plant was evacuated and no injuries were reported.
Officials say there was no threat to the public.
